• All bookings are subject to a 25% deposit payable via bank transfer

• If a deposit isn't received, your booking isn't confirmed

• Deposits are non refundable but are transferable if 48 hours notice is given of cancellations

• Payment is due immediately after handover

• Every effort must be made to remove personal items from the vehicle prior to work commencing

• Our prices are a guideline, we reserve the right to charge extra for unreasonable levels of soiling, pet hair, vomit, bodily matter or anything else that seems demands extra time to rectify

• We will not work on main roads or public car parks or any location that risks our safety

• In the event of adverse weather, your booking will be held until appointment is rebooked

• We will require suitable parking and sufficient space to fully open all doors of your vehicle independently

• We require an electricity and water supply to carry out our work

• Travel is free for the first 30 minutes, then £20 chargeable per hour both ways
